Food!

If you want to lose some, or most, of your weight then here are some tips for dieting:

1.  Fruit smoothies are amazing!
2. Stay away from white bread and rice.
3. Sadly to say this but, stay away from soda... even diet soda.
4. Don't eat too much salt because 1.) its high cholesterol and 2.) it is not good for your heart at all.
5. Fallow the food pyramid.
